A Styling Concierge for Western & Indian Wardrobes
TISH is a premier style concierge service offering personalised styling, shopping assistance, wardrobe editing and designing for men, women and children. The brand follows a customer-centric approach across three core services — Designing, Styling and Wedding — catering to both Western and Indian wardrobes.
The existing site presented these services well, but it was built around consultations and portfolio-style browsing rather than a proper shopping experience — and it had no way for a customer to submit accurate body measurements or preview an outfit before ordering.
Turning a Concierge Site Into a Shopping Destination
Made-to-measure and designer wear is hard to sell online: customers can't try the garment on, and getting the fit wrong is expensive to fix after the fact. TISH needed the site to do two new jobs at once — actually sell pieces online the way a modern store does, and give customers enough confidence in fit and look to order without an in-person fitting.

Built a bespoke WooCommerce plugin that captures a customer's body measurements directly on the product page, so made-to-measure and designer pieces get the right fit information before the order is placed — no separate back-and-forth needed.

Integrated Google's Gemini AI to power a virtual try-on feature, letting shoppers see roughly how a chosen outfit would look on them before they buy — turning an "imagine it" purchase into a much more confident one.
